The 7019 family of Seiko sports divers – including this deep blue 1975 Seiko 7019-7350 Actus automatic watch here, with its quite atypical faceted crystal – saw production through the 1970s, and were the principle calibre used in many Seiko Advan and Vanac models during the same time period.

Seiko did their homework when they designed these deep blue dials, and pictures do not do these justice.  These dials are simply amazing to behold in person, and this dial here is no different.

During this time period, Seiko placed their movements into multiple highly unique cases, leading to a plethora of out of the ordinary shapes and sizes - not to mention allowing them the ability to stand out on the wrist.  The 7019 here, especially with its vibrant deep blue dial and faceted crystal, is no different.

Speaking of which, many of the 7019's featured similar crystals, which change the reflection of light radically depending on angle.  Many have been damaged over the decades, but this one is flawless

This Seiko 7019 automatic sport diver comes on a leather-backed canvas strap, and with nylon strap, springbar tool, and rugged travel case.
