There are many vintage Seiko divers popular with collectors, and the his & her titanium diver set here – a pair of near new-old stock (NOS) 1995 Seiko 7N35-6110 & 7N85-0120 titanium dive watches here, with Seiko 7N35 and 7N85 instructions manuals, warranty paperwork, and dual Seiko "Pair Watch" box – continues the Seiko reputation for building robust, stylish, and purpose-built divers for a wide-range of professional adventurers.  Seiko sold so-called "Pair Watches" like the set here during this era, featuring - you guessed it - paired watches for him and her.

Seiko introduced its 7Nxx diver lines in 1991, and these watches came in a range of dial colors, to include the black ones here, silver, and even blue pearl.  Dial design on both is stark and utilitarian, with military-esque handsets and hour indices reminiscent of Seiko's extremely popular SKX dive line; both are on vibrant glossy black dials.  Both benefit from discrete placement of the date window along the minutes track at the 3 o’clock position, with no negative impact upon the symmetry of its beautiful design.

Military forces the world over have long took note of Seiko’s dive watch lines, with their reliable movements – during its heyday and even today, Seiko divers are popular with various armed forces for this same reason, despite the widely held (false) assumption that military personnel only wear military watches issued to them.

With good reason, Seiko divers continue to have a tremendous cult following, despite Seiko's odd decision to discontinue its iconic legendary SKX divers in 2018 - Seiko dive designs are usually simple and robust, with strong evidence of Seiko divers that came before it – of which the 7N35 bears testament – to the instantly recognizable Seiko 7002 automatic, 7548 quartz, and even the famous 6309 diver.

Hollywood has also taken note, and usually choices to adorn the wrist of A-list Hollywood in war films with a Seiko, to include figures like Robert Redford, Ed Harris, Martin Sheen, and Mick Jagger.

This Seiko diver comes on its original black rubber dive strap, and with nylon strap, rugged travel case, springbar tool, Seiko 7N35 instructions manual, warranty paperwork, and inner/outer Seiko boxes.
